About The Position
Assisting Hands Home Care is hiring a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical oversight and support for home care clients throughout Chatham County, Georgia and surrounding counties . We serve seniors and disabled adults who wish to remain safe and independent in their homes. This is an ideal opportunity for an RN seeking a flexible, part-time nursing position outside of a hospital setting.
Requirements
- Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- Minimum 1 year RN experience preferred
- Home care experience preferred
- Strong assessment and care planning skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and quarterly client assessments in the home
- Develop and update individualized care plans
- Perform routine supervisory visits
- Monitor client status and adjust services as needed
- Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to caregivers
- Ensure compliance with Georgia home care regulations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
