About The Position

We’re a non-medical home care agency looking for a compassionate and professional RN to join our team on a part-time, as-needed basis. In this role, you’ll combine your clinical expertise with your people skills — developing care plans, supporting caregivers, and representing our company with warmth and professionalism during client visits.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina (in good standing)
• Must reside in or near Mooresville or Huntersville, NC
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor — comfortable communicating with clients and families
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Meet new clients in their homes to complete initial assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Reassess and update care plans every 3 months or as needed
• Train newly hired caregivers and ensure they understand client needs and agency standards
• Serve as a positive representative of our company during client visits — building trust and showcasing the quality of our care
