White Springs Senior Living in Warrenton, VA is looking for a Part Time Registered Medication Aide (RMA) / Resident Assistant to join our exceptional team!

Requirements

• State-specific Medication Technician / RMA certification required
• CNA or PCA/DCS certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years old (21 if serving as an SIC)
• CPR & First Aid certification required
• Must pass drug test & criminal background check
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, & a team player

Responsibilities

• Administer & document medications according to physician orders and state regulations
• Monitor & order medications to ensure timely availability
• Communicate with physicians & medical professionals regarding residents' medications & treatments
• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) – bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility & incontinence care
• Respond promptly to resident emergency call system
