About The Position

Bottle and Can Retrieval Centers is recruiting for Part Time Associates at our Syracuse, NY Locations. $16.00/HR. Hours will vary from 7am to 8pm to load and unload trucks outside of operating hours. Redemption Center Store Associates are responsible for assisting customers with their recyclable beverage containers. They will count the beverage containers manually or use technology to do this function. The customer service associate will also be responsible for using a cash register to complete customer transactions.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
• Management experience.
• Weekend Availability.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Experience in customer service field.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist our customers with recycling of bottles, cans and plastic beverage containers.
• Process and store bottles and cans in an orderly fashion.
• Keep a clean and safe work environment around all work areas.
• Help with store scheduling.
