About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Recruiter to support the hiring of in-home caregivers. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified caregivers to meet ongoing staffing needs. The ideal candidate has prior recruiting or HR experience, strong communication skills, and an understanding of caregiver or healthcare staffing.

Requirements

  • Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or caregiver coordination experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple candidates at once
  • Proficiency with email, job boards, and basic computer systems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home care, healthcare, or caregiving recruitment is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit caregivers through job boards, referrals, social media, and other channels
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews
  • Evaluate candidates for experience, availability, and job fit
  • Coordinate background checks, credential verification, and onboarding documentation
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruiting records
  • Communicate consistently with management regarding staffing needs and hiring progress
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations
