About The Position

Quvia is seeking an experienced Part-Time Contract Recruiter to support hiring demand during Q1–Q2 2026. This is a short-term, project-based engagement designed to provide additional recruiting capacity during a defined period of increased hiring activity. The recruiter will operate as an independent contractor and manage recruiting deliverables with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technology or high-growth environments
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple requisitions end-to-end
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn and other professional networks
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams
• Familiarity with Bamboo ATS and Google Suite Tools

Nice To Haves

• Experience recruiting both technical and customer-facing roles preferred

Responsibilities

• Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates for priority roles
• Conducting initial screening conversations to assess skills, experience, and role alignment
• Coordinating interview scheduling and supporting a positive candidate experience
• Maintaining accurate pipeline tracking and providing weekly recruiting updates
• Partnering with hiring managers and People Operations on intake alignment, feedback, and next steps
• Supporting offer coordination and closing logistics in partnership with People Operations
