About The Position

The Part-Time Recreation Leader at the Terrell Mill Tennis Center is responsible for providing customer service, processing registrations, and maintaining the facility according to the daily schedule. This role involves interacting with participants, managing court reservations, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of work experience demonstrating the ability to maintain steady employment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of tennis.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service functions, providing information and assistance regarding services and activities.
• Process participant registrations, court reservations, and tournament registrations.
• Prepare facilities according to the daily schedule, including opening and closing the facility and performing routine cleaning duties.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality within customary tolerances for the position.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
