  • Greet and assist visitors, residents, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Perform general receptionist duties including answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls appropriately.
  • Provide clerical services for residents and assist with secretarial functions as needed.
  • Maintain a warm and inviting environment for all who enter the facility.
  • Manage multiple projects and changing priorities effectively.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Previous office/reception experience is necessary.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills are required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Experience in a retirement community is preferred.
  • Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $15.75 per hour.
