The Part-Time Receptionist at Glendora Employment Agency, Inc. is responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations department while ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors. This role involves a variety of clerical tasks, including managing phone calls, maintaining records, and assisting with document preparation, all within a part-time schedule.

  • Assist the Operations department with day-to-day duties.
  • Answer, transfer, and make calls in a professional manner.
  • Greet customers and maintain a clean lobby area.
  • Prepare design and closeout documentation.
  • Maintain current inventory of product data sheets.
  • Upload drawings to Procore database.
  • Scan approved drawings and as-builts.
  • Print, distribute, and when necessary, ship plans and construction documents.
  • Review documents to ensure all needed information is included.
  • Assist with document preparation.
  • Maintain and organize records as needed.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • 2 years of administrative/clerical experience.
  • Experience within construction is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good attitude with the ability to work in teams.
