BMW of Pembroke Pines is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will support the dealership by providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, answering basic inquiries, and following up with customers regarding service or sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
  • Ability to listen carefully and retain information accurately.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both in person and on the phone.
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work afternoons and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visiting customers.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly, screen them, and forward as appropriate.
  • Greet employees, clients, and visitors, ensuring proper check-in procedures are followed.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by embodying our mission and values.
  • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate department: sales, service, or parts.
  • Use professional telephone etiquette and communication techniques.
  • Assist management with clerical tasks as needed.
  • Support departmental projects and perform general administrative duties without disrupting call flow.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

  • Pay: We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $20.00 - $23.40 USD per hour.
