Position Schedule: Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Requirements

• Proven experience with a multi-line switchboard.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Positive and friendly demeanor, with a drive to continually improve.
• High energy and detail-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they enter the showroom.
• Assist them in locating the appropriate team member.
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and patience, referring dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
