About The Position
Mercedes Benz of Anaheim, part of Group 1 Automotive, is seeking a polished Part-Time Receptionist to deliver a premium guest experience for our luxury dealership. Requirements
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, MVR, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls according to company policy and proper telephone etiquette.
- Direct telephone call to the appropriate parties as necessary.
- Additional administrative responsibilities.
- Operate an internet based phone system.
- Handle multiple lines.
