Requirements
- Enjoy client interaction
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Possess experience with a multi line phone system
- Dependable
- Possess the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Possess the ability to communicate in a positive, professional manner verbally & written
- Possess basic computer skills (Excel)
- Desire to learn and grow
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer telephone lines in a courteous manner
- Count money in drawer at the beginning & end of shift
- Run credit card closing reports & prepare deposit for accounting
- Receive repair orders and payment from customers
- Receipt sales deposits/COD
- Scan & file documents
- Receive & distribute mail
- Other tasks assigned by the management team
