About The Position
At Leonard's Express, Inc. we are looking for a motivated Quality Control Specialist who wants to help us improve our fleet through proactive management of strict quality control procedures. This is a part-time position. The ideal employee should display readiness to proactively work with our drivers and warehouse workers to evaluate the daily schedule, get to the root of any problem, then make a sound decision to resolve the problem. In this capacity, the Quality Control Specialist should be prepared to evaluate solutions relating to but not limited to timeliness, safety, cost management, productivity, company image, and customer satisfaction. All job duties must be performed in a way that promotes safe practices in accordance with Leonard’s established safety programs.
