About The Position

SYNERGY HomeCare of North Raleigh is a trusted provider of in-home personal care, companion care, and specialized dementia care services across the Triangle region. We are expanding our reach to provide person-centered care and oversight in residential settings for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). We are seeking a Part-Time Qualified Professional (QP) to support services provided in a supervised residential setting, in accordance with 10A NCAC 27G .5600C. This role involves oversight of direct care staff, clinical supervision, documentation, and ensuring compliance with North Carolina's regulatory standards for supervised living programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field + 2 years post-degree, full-time experience with the IDD population
• Master's degree in a human services field + 1 year post-degree, full-time experience
• Bachelor's degree in any field + 4 years post-degree, full-time experience with the IDD population
• All experience must be clearly documented and verifiable

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Medicaid-funded behavioral health or residential programs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with NC DHHS, person-centered planning, and QP supervision standards
• Ability to travel to Henderson, NC for regular on-site visits

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Direct Support Professionals and Associate Professionals
• Ensure services align with person-centered plans (PCPs) and state regulations
• Complete and review assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans
• Participate in audits, quality assurance, and team collaboration
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid documentation and service delivery standards
