Council for Relationships (CFR), a multidisciplinary nonprofit practice, is seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our collaborative clinical community. Part-time psychiatrists at CFR are W-2, fee-for-service employees who provide high-quality care in a collegial environment that emphasizes clinical excellence, continuing education, and peer support. Psychiatrists provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults, working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment that values clinical rigor, thoughtful formulation, and integration of psychiatric and psychotherapeutic perspectives. This is a flexible position. Psychiatrists set their own schedules and rates and are supported by an engaged clinical and administrative team. Clinicians report to their Office Director, with clinical oversight from the Medical Director and/or Chief Clinical Officer.
