This is a direct service position that requires specialized knowledge in mental health and substance use disorder treatment for children, adolescents, and adults throughout the lifespan. The primary responsibilities include conducting initial psychiatric evaluations for diagnosis and medication management, participating in treatment planning, and managing ongoing medication needs for established clients. Additional duties involve ordering lab tests and toxicology screenings, providing medication education, consulting and collaborating with other staff through case consultations or team meetings, and documenting in the EHR system, including E-prescribing. As part of the team, you must be willing to work collaboratively with both internal staff and external providers to promote integrated care. This position requires on-site work in the office.
