Requirements

  • Candidates are required to be licensed and credentialed to practice in the state of Ohio.
  • Have a clinical or counseling Psychology Doctorate from an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited program and must have completed an APA-approved clinical psychology internship.
  • Experience with completing psychological evaluations.
  • Familiarity with working with/within school systems and familiarity with the IEP/504 Process.
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents on time.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with pediatric, adolescent, and adult populations (Autism Spectrum Testing, Personality Assessments, and ADHG Assessments).
  • Creative and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychiatric assessments and psychosocial evaluations.
  • Determine an evaluation plan that would address the referral questions, which may include diagnostic questions, treatment recommendations, and/or needs for special education accommodations.
  • Write a thorough testing report to explain the results of the evaluation.
  • Provide feedback to the client regarding the results of the evaluation, and, if requested, coordinate with other providers to share the testing results.
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
