About The Position

Seeking a Part-time Property Manager for 5 properties/ 42 units in Beverly Hills. All properties are located within a few miles of each other. Compensation Includes $21.00 per hour/ 25 hours per week Free 1-bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment Business office works out of an apartment Responsibilities Include: Rent collections Unit inspections/Property inspections and upkeep Marketing and leasing vacant units Resident relations, coordinating vendors and maintenance personnel Service of notices and all aspects of day-to-day management Ability to conduct market surveys monthly Job Requirements: Must have 2-4 years property management experience Knowledge of Yardi Voyager Good verbal & written communication skills Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff Experience overseeing vendors Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Proven ability to market; lease apartments Must live on-site Must be available to work one weekend day per week A valid driver’s license and evidence of auto insurance will A background, DMV, and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of the hiring process PMA offers a competitive benefits package to full-time employees We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Requirements
