Under the direction of an administrator or manager, performs a variety of complex and highly responsible administrative and program support activities for the Strong Workforce Program and Vocational and Technical Education Act grants; manages and develops CTE grant objectives; ensures initiatives, goals, and objectives related to the assigned grant are implemented in compliance with applicable federal and state guidelines and District policies and procedures. The Program Grant Manager, CTE leads and administers District-wide projects funded by a variety of CTE grants and categorical funding; administers and manages grant development, application process management and grant writing for key institutional grants; participates in college-wide planning process to ensure integration and alignment of grant and resource development efforts.
