The Program Assistant provides specialized administrative and programmatic support to the Dean and Division Operations Director (DOD) of the Division of Social Science. This position is responsible for coordinating and executing a wide range of tasks essential to the effective operation of the division's academic and administrative programs. Working under general supervision, the Program Assistant performs duties that require knowledge and experience specific to the division's programs. Responsibilities include managing logistics for meetings and events, maintaining program and division records, interpreting and applying institutional policies and procedures, and serving as a key liaison to students, faculty, staff, and the public. The role also involves supporting responding inquires, data management, and ensuring compliance with program requirements. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
