At the Caterpillar facility in Victoria, Texas- we take pride in working together to safely build quality attachments that enhance the productivity and utility of Caterpillar machines, equipping them for a wide range of tasks and operating requirements. We offer competitive pay rate of $15.95 per hour. Apply to join our FLEX Parttime team today! START DATES FOR THIS ROLE WILL BE January 26th, 2026! What you will get: BUILD YOUR OWN SCHEDULE! You are required to work at least 20 hours per week , with a maximum of 30 hours per week. Hours can be scheduled available shift hours. Hours available will vary. Part-Time Benefit Program Starting Pay Rate: $15.95/hour. No need to ask for days off - you build your own schedule within the guidelines noted above. What you will do: You will work in either various assembly functional areas to safely build excavators.
Requirements
- Work or volunteer experience
- Must be able to adhere to the following schedule for training: -Monday: 7AM- 11AM -Tuesday- Thursday: 7AM-3:30 PM -Friday: 7AM-11AM (or later)

- Willing and able to sit or stand for prolonged periods
- Willing and able to perform repetitive operations
- Willing and able to lift up to 35 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Basic computers skills
- Experience working in a team-based environment
- Experience working in manufacturing or with basic hand tools
Responsibilities
- Perform routine production tasks in assembly, fabrication, paint, or other areas while upholding Caterpillar’s core values.
- Follow documented procedures to safely and accurately assemble components using basic tools and equipment.
- Operate machinery, blasting and painting applications, and perform basic tack and straight-line welds.
- Support continuous improvement by applying lean manufacturing principles and adhering to safety, quality, and standard work protocols.
