Requirements

• Current STNA certification in Ohio.
• A genuine passion for providing care with warmth and empathy.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude, with a smile to match the season!
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor vital signs and assist with mobility to ensure comfort and safety.
• Provide compassionate, personalized care to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
• Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with residents, families, and teammates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and cozy environment for all.
