About The Position

Join our team in Grand Prairie as a part-time Pool Manager! Lead and inspire a dedicated team of employees and volunteers in our Aquatics Division, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for our community! Assists in coordinating and directing aquatic programs.   Knowledge of all aspects of pool operations including personnel, water quality, safety, equipment & supplies.   Maintenance and programs, and duties required to maintain a safe environment for all patrons.

Requirements

• Education: Requires a High School diploma or GED
• Experience: Two years of increasingly responsible experience in the delivery of an aquatics program.
• Certification: A Lifeguard Certification is required.
• License: Texas Class C Driver's License required

Nice To Haves

• Water Safety Instructor's (WSI) Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and reconcile daily revenue and reports.
• Responsible for daily pool chemical testing and chemical balancing to help the pools maintain health code standards.
• Ensures opening, closing and all shift responsibilities have been completed.
