Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a food service staff member. In this role, you will help guests select food and beverages by presenting the menu, offering cocktails and aperitifs, suggesting courses, explaining the chef's specialties, identifying appropriate wines, and answering food preparation questions. You will be responsible for entering orders into the POS system, recording guests' choices, special dietary needs, and special requests. Maintaining cleanliness in work areas and preparing dining rooms are also key responsibilities. You will ensure compliance with food handling, sanitation, and health department guidelines while providing a high-level dining experience to our guests.
