About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Pharmacist for our Pharmacy located in Ft. Myers. This role involves receiving, transcribing, and entering resident prescriptions into our operating systems. Additionally, the pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medication, filling prescriptions, packaging, and preparing medication for shipment.

Requirements

• Licensed Pharmacist
• PharmD degree
• Experience in retail pharmacy
• Proficiency in data entry and order entry
• Strong computer skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in long-term care (LTC) pharmacy a plus
• Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Receive and transcribe resident prescriptions accurately.
• Enter prescriptions into the operating systems.
• Dispense medications as per prescriptions.
• Fill, package, and prepare medications for shipment.
• Provide excellent customer service in a healthcare setting.
