About The Position

A busy family in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, is seeking to add a part-time Personal Assistant to their team. The role will be in person, 20 hours per week, with the possibility of adding more hours if it works for both parties. The family is seeking a highly capable assistant who is organized, astute, and discreet. This role requires someone with proven experience supporting leadership in both professional and personal settings.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in personal assistant role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with tech systems, platforms, and office software
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment
  • Flexibility with scheduling (no travel required)
  • Comfortable working in a busy household setting
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive as part of the role

  • An eye for detail and exceptional visual organizing skills

Responsibilities

  • Managing and troubleshooting tech systems, software, and digital tools
  • Organizing physical workspace and home environments with a strong visual approach
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems, contact lists, and databases
  • Drafting, editing, and managing email and written communications
  • Supporting social media strategy and execution (only as needed , seasonal)
  • Assisting with website management and updates (can be outsourced but would be nice to have )
  • Anticipating needs and providing proactive support across office and personal matters
  • Supporting household organization and logistics in a busy home environment
  • Driving as needed for errands, appointments, and related tasks
