Part-Time Per Diem Teacher
About The Position
Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education ( ECE ) or a Child Development Associate ( CDA ) credential required. Experience working in a child care or early childhood education setting. Understands and respects children and their developmental needs and interests. Ability to be flexible and step into different roles as needed. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education with an Early Childhood Education component/specialization preferred. Experience working in a National Association for the Education of the Young Children ( NAEYC ) Accredited childcare center is a plus. Demonstrates knowledge of the NAEYC Accreditation Standards, NAEYC Accreditation process and Teaching Strategies Creative Curriculum is preferred. Work experience with infants and toddlers is a plus.
