We're hiring a Part-Time Peer Recovery Support Specialist to support Marian House residents on their recovery journey. In this role, you'll use your lived experience to offer hope and guidance. You'll help residents set recovery goals, build practical strategies, and strengthen coping and self-advocacy skills through one-on-one and group support. You'll also work with the treatment team to create individualized recovery plans and connect residents with services, housing, and employment. You'll help residents access both clinical and community resources, build natural support networks, and engage family members in understanding recovery. This role focuses on reducing stigma, encouraging independence, and honoring each person's unique path. We're looking for a certified Peer Recovery Specialist with experience working with vulnerable populations. You should be comfortable with technology and Microsoft Office, maintain strong professional boundaries, and bring a calm, compassionate presence. This is a part-time position; weekend and night availability is preferred. At Marian House, your story matters. If you're ready to use your recovery journey to support others and be part of a community that believes in second chances, we'd love for you to apply.
