Requirements
- Previous experience in a dental or medical front office preferred; oral surgery or specialty experience a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of insurance verification and basic billing processes
- Proficiency with practice management software and basic computer skills
- Professional, patient-focused demeanor

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and families with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments to support efficient surgical schedules
- Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding coverage and financial responsibilities
- Facilitate patient check-in/check-out and ensure accurate patient records
- Answer patient phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments, procedures, and office policies
- Coordinate care with clinical staff to streamline patient flow and minimize wait times
- Provide clear communication regarding pre-operative and post-operative instructions
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
