About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Previous experience working in an educational setting or with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to implement lesson plans and instructional strategies.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students in various subjects.
• Assist in classroom management and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support students with special needs and accommodate their learning requirements.
• Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other team members.
• Foster a supportive and respectful relationship with students to enhance their overall educational experience.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay current with best practices in education.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the school principal.
