About The Position

Day and/or evening position available on the WCJC Richmond Campus beginning in the Fall 2025 academic term. Pay for this position is $2100.00 per 3 credit hour course per semester. This position will teach all assigned Paralegal Studies courses in a classroom environment. The overall responsibility of a faculty member is to provide the most effective instruction possible. The faculty member works to ensure that his/her instruction is meeting the educational needs of students.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an associate's degree in paralegal studies.
  • Three (3) years of related work experience as a paralegal or attorney.
  • If an attorney, must not have been disbarred and hold a valid unencumbered license to practice law.
  • Ability to travel independently to and from worksites during day and evening hours.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a teaching environment with both groups and individuals.
  • Criminal background check required.
