Part-Time Painter
About The Position
The Part-Time Painter performs necessary carpentry and painting duties to maintain facilities in good repair and appearance. We are looking for someone be able to patch and paint sheetrock walls in an office setting. Preferred knowledge/experience of installing corner guards and small carpentry tasks. Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:30pm - 9:30pm EST Pay: $23 per hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year of similar work experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Project planning
- Experience with Scuff Master Paint
- Able to install wall blocking for monitors
- Knowledgeable on reading floor plans
- Computer experience on ticketing systems, emails, Microsoft Word
- Daily & weekly status report
- Ability to set up and work on ladders and scaffolding
- Be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Daily clean up after task completion
