About The Position
Founded in 1959, Delaware Valley Floral Group (DVFG) has grown from a small family business into one of the nation’s largest floral distribution companies. For more than six decades, we’ve delivered premium fresh flowers and floral supplies to retail florists, event designers, and supermarkets across the country. We aim to be our customers’ most valuable supplier — and we believe our employees are the key to making that happen. When will you work The scheduled hours for this position are Sundays and Mondays, starting at 10:00 AM, with shifts lasting 10–12 hours.
Requirements
- Have prior warehouse experience or willing to learn something new
- Able to work in a refrigerated warehouse environment, 36 degrees for the duration of the shift
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Packing Floral orders to prepare them for shipment
- Work safely, quickly, and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Able to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation
