About The Position

Our Order Pick Up & Delivery Team plays an important role in the Customer Experience by providing excellent Customer Service and communication while assisting Customers with online order pick up and organizing deliveries! These Team Members prepare products for customer pick-ups and/or deliveries while also assisting Customers with their shopping needs while on the sales floor!

Requirements

• Must be able to work part-time hours.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and communication during order pick up and delivery processes.
• Assist customers with online order pick up and organize deliveries.
• Prepare products for customer pick-ups and deliveries.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs on the sales floor.
