About The Position

Our Order Pick Up & Delivery Team plays an important role in the Customer Experience by providing excellent Customer Service and communication while assisting Customers with online order pick up and organizing deliveries! These Team Members prepare products for customer pick-ups and/or deliveries while also assisting Customers with their shopping needs while on the sales floor!

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and communication to assist customers with online order pick up.
• Organize and prepare products for customer pick-ups and deliveries.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs on the sales floor.
