About The Position
The Thrift Shop Manager at Berkeley Humane is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Thrift Shop, a nonprofit boutique that sells quality second-hand and vintage items to support shelter animals. This role includes managing volunteer support, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the shop's organization and cleanliness. The manager will act as the on-site supervisor in the absence of the Area Manager and will play a key role in team building and training volunteers.
