This position is responsible for performing operations activities in the areas of Distillers Dried Grains with Solubles (DDGS) loadout, inspection, and general operations.
Requirements
- Minimal job-related experience
- Work is prescribed and completed with close supervision and little autonomy
- Duties are clearly defined and methods and tasks are described in detail
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Basic computer and data entry skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous grain operations experience preferred
- Ability to operate mobile equipment and/or a valid driver’s license preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform inspection activities such as probing trucks
- Operate grain handling and receiving equipment; provide customer service to drivers and perform data entry of shipment details
- Monitor equipment and processes to identify issues; resolve or escalate issues when necessary
- Operate various types of mobile equipment
- Assist with the movement of railcars
- Perform general housekeeping activities
