Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in logistics or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in logistics, operations, or customer service is desirable.

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Availability to work part-time hours as scheduled.

Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Assist in the processing and management of customer orders. Ensure accuracy in order entry and address any discrepancies.
  • Shipment Coordination: Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Communicate with carriers and internal teams to resolve any transportation issues.
  • Data Entry and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in logistics and transportation management systems. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of shipping and operational documents.
  • Customer Service: Provide support to customer service teams in addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Problem Resolution: Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues and challenges. Collaborate with team members to implement corrective actions.
  • Reporting: Generate and compile basic operational reports as required. Contribute to the analysis of operational performance metrics.
