Objective: As a Part Time Onsite Sales & Laborer you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving our sales efforts. No experience? Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical labor
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable and punctual
Valid driver’s license
Sales experience a plus, but we provide training
Ability to work 2-3 8 Hour day shifts a week
Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid standard driver’s license required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.

Responsibilities

Meet customers on-site and provide clear, upfront pricing
Close sales and collect payment at job sites
Remove unwanted items from homes, businesses, and job sites
Lift, load, and haul furniture, appliances, and debris
Work efficiently as part of a team
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.
