About The Position

The part-time Online Shopper at Festival Foods is responsible for efficiently picking and fulfilling online grocery orders while ensuring the highest quality products are selected for guests. This role involves communication with various departments, maintaining organization in the Online Grocery area, and providing excellent customer service during order retrieval and payment processing.

Requirements

• Must successfully obtain a liquor license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Shop for online grocery orders ensuring the freshest and highest quality products are selected.
• Communicate expectations with all departments involved in the order process.
• Bag items as they are scanned to ensure proper accounting of all items.
• Offer suitable substitutions for out-of-stock items and record reasons for the stock issues.
• Relay order information to guests as needed and assist with order retrieval upon guest arrival.
• Process payments and coupons, and load groceries into guests' vehicles while informing them of any modifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Online Grocery area in compliance with company policies.
• Provide support for guest inquiries related to Online Grocery services.
• Report pricing, item location, and temperature discrepancies to appropriate parties.
• Utilize time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Work independently and make sound decisions based on provided information.
• Navigate and troubleshoot the online grocery website as needed.
