This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your office management skills and gain valuable experience in a professional setting. Duties As the Receptionist (Part Time) your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls. Provide callers with company and other related information. Receive and direct visitors. Provide administrative support, including word processing, filing, faxing and distribution of supplies. Prepare and distribute company-wide correspondence and documents. Receive and sort mail and deliveries. Maintain and audit office supply inventory. Coordinate meetings and organize catering. Other duties as assigned.
