We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Office Manager to join our small, close-knit team. This part-time role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have QuickBooks experience from day one and a background in construction is preferred.

  • Provide administrative support including scanning, accounts receivable (AR), and handling the company website.
  • Take pictures at job sites as needed.
  • Learn and manage accounts payable (AP) and payroll down the line.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and office management tasks.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach by asking 'what can I do next?' after completing tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Experience with QuickBooks from day one.
  • Experience in a construction environment is preferred.
  • Bookkeeping, office management, and administrative support skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Detail-oriented and a go-getter mindset.
  • Experience in a similar role such as bookkeeper, admin, or office manager.
  • Ability to grow with the company and take on more responsibilities over time.
  • Strong soft skills including being team-oriented and self-motivated.
