Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls (3-4 per day) and provide customer support as needed.
  • Enter and process customer orders into the company system.
  • Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and basic reports.
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with general office organization.
  • Support the sales and operations teams with administrative needs.
  • Perform basic data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
  • Assist with scheduling freight pickups or coordinating deliveries.
  • Handle email communication with customers and vendors.
  • Assist with quality checks in the lab, including documenting viscosity and potency readings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support daily business operations.
