We're currently looking for an Office Assistant who takes pride in creating an exceptional workplace experience. This is a part-time 20 hour a week onsite role located in our Nashville office on Music Row.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a professional, fast-paced environment
  • A strong sense of ownership and pride in your work and environment
  • A customer service mindset—you enjoy helping others and creating positive experiences
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office or similar tools
  • A proactive approach—you anticipate needs and take initiative
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Responsibilities

  • Keep the office running in sync by maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked spaces.
  • Own all things mail & shipping, ensuring packages and deliveries move quickly and accurately.
  • Support the day-to-day flow by managing office equipment and jumping in to troubleshoot when needed.
  • Help bring office moments to life by supporting events—from ordering supplies to setup and breakdown.
  • Stay ahead of inventory, keeping office and kitchen supplies stocked and ready.
  • Maintain a safe, functional space, quickly flagging and following up on any issues (HVAC, appliances, etc.)
  • Set the stage for new hires, preparing thoughtful, ready-to-go workstations and welcome touches.
  • Be a friendly, go-to resource for the team—whether it’s finding supplies or solving a quick need.
  • Jump in where needed to support the team and keep operations running smoothly.
