About The Position

This position is a support employee who shares responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of our various office locations. The position is based in Draper, Utah and is responsible for day-to-day office admin of that office while also coordinating with the designated office managers in each of our locations for global efforts or specialized needs.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing office supplies and equipment
  • Stock and coordinate Cantina
  • Coordinating office cleaning and maintenance needs
  • Set-up and prep of new or visiting employee workstations
  • Assisting with key fob setup and tracking
  • Ensuring a functional and pleasant workspace (holiday décor, etc.)
  • Global office closures and communications
  • Internal signage
  • Mailing and tracking packages
  • Set-up and cleanup for meetings and lunch & learn events
  • Organizing and maintaining physical or digital files
  • Administrative tasks as requested by Human Resources or Training teams
  • Assist with the organization of company events and meetings
  • Other tasks as may be assigned
