The Part Time Office Administrator ensures smooth, reliable day-to-day office operations so senior leaders and teams can stay focused on strategic work and employee experience. This role is highly execution-focused and plays a critical part in keeping the office organized, stocked, and running without friction. This part time position owns core operational workflows including mail and package management, office and kitchen supplies, visitor support, meeting setup, and administrative coordination. The work is detail-driven, recurring, and essential to the employee experience. The role partners closely with the Executive Assistant, Team Member Experience, IT, Finance, and in-office employees. It offers meaningful ownership, clear accountability, and exposure to broader workplace operations as the business grows. Location: Onsite at our downtown Denver Office. Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in office from 8am to 5pm. Compensation: The hourly range for this position is between $22 and $26, depending on experience level.
