About The Position

Alpha Men's Clinic is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide patient-centered services in a warm and professional environment. The NP will work independently and collaboratively with the Medical Director, focusing on pain management, hormone replacement therapy, and general practice. This role emphasizes a non-surgical, opioid- and steroid-free approach to patient care, aiming to achieve optimal health and recovery for patients with complex conditions.

Requirements

• Medication administration experience
• Patient monitoring skills
• RN License
• Certified Nurse Practitioner
• BLS Certification
• Experience in pain management
• Mid-level experience administering injections
• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• Strong communication skills
• General practice experience

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in integrative procedures and functional medicine (preferred)
• Open-mindedness and willingness to train in new techniques

Responsibilities

• Conducting patient exams and diagnosing acute, episodic, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Treating functional pain management and rehabilitation cases.
• Providing wellness and hormone care.
• Utilizing functional medicine approaches (preferred).
• Prescribing medications and performing minor procedures and treatments.
• Educating patients and providing counseling on treatment plans.
• Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests, including lab work.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Referring patients to specialists and other healthcare providers when appropriate.
