About The Position

Day and evening positions available at the WCJC Bay City Campus beginning in the Fall 2025 academic term. Pay for this position is $2,100 per 3 credit hour course per semester. The permanent responsibility of a faculty member is to provide the most effective instruction possible in his/her discipline. Supervision is received from appropriate supervisor. The faculty member works to insure that his/her instruction is meeting the educational needs of students.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Nuclear Power Technology, Process Technology, or closely related field.
• Minimum of 36 months of work experience.
• Ability to travel independently to and from worksites during day and evening hours.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a teaching environment with both groups and individuals.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective instruction in the discipline.
• Ensure instruction meets the educational needs of students.
• Supervise and report to the appropriate supervisor.
