About The Position

Baystate Health, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality and safety, is seeking inpatient Registered Nurses to join our Neurosciences Unit. This unit is part of our Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence and provides comprehensive care for complex neurological and neurosurgical conditions such as stroke, epilepsy, brain injury, brain tumors, spinal injury, and spine tumors. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are committed to patient-centered excellence and who can act as advocates for patients, families, and significant others. The Neurosciences Department operates as a true team, ensuring that there is always someone available to assist when necessary. We are passionate about the neuroscience specialty and strive to achieve excellence in patient-centered care through teamwork and a culture of safety.

Requirements

• Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience required.
• Diploma in Nursing (Required).

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
